Collection Information

Over the past three decades, the UTA Libraries' Special Collections has built a diverse research collection focusing on Texas, Mexico from 1810-1920, the Mexican American War of 1846-1848, and the cartography of the Texas Coast. The program area collects materials in virtually all formats and makes them available to researchers. The holdings of Special Collection can be divided into the following categories:
