A Note to the Researcher: The grievance files consist of labor disputes, disputed employment dismissals, safety hazards in the workplace, disputes with regards to overtime work, and employees assigned to work out of their assigned area in conflict with the National Union Agreement and National Wage Agreements.

The files are organized in the following format using a case as an example:
