Employee Recognition Committee Meeting Minutes 9/16/03

Attending: Mary Castle, Catherine Pica, Sarah Jones, Rachel Robbins and Linda Depken
Absent: Loretta Barker

The new members (Mary and Catherine) were welcomed and provided with copies of the committee procedures and last year’s annual report. Files are located at q:\mis\execom\employee recognition.

Procedures on the handling nominations were briefly reviewed.

Rachel, as outgoing chair, took nominations for the new chair. Linda was nominated and unanimously voted in as chair.

The committee then reviewed 2 new nominations.
