ERC Meeting Oct 6th, 2003

In attendance: Sarah Jones, Mary Castle, Linda Depken. Not in attendance: Catherine Pica and Loretta Barker

1. The web site will be updated by Jones.
2. Jones will advertise awards
3. Depken will update awards information in print and send out an email letting staff know about changes for star award
4. Action plan for employee recognition is in the hands of LMT who will appoint a task force. A member of ERC will be on this committee
5. ERC meeting voted on 1 team award and 2 applause awards.
6. Once a member writes an award letter, they will send it to Tom Wilding directly and CC the committee. Depken will keep a print copy of the letter.
7. Depken will check on supply of pins
