• Determine what students need at those odd hours
• Understand what they need and respond with appropriate services
• Determine if students are satisfied with the library, then anticipate what they need next
• Coordination of planning across campus. Ex. Technology decisions for purchases, software, *campus-wide infrastructure (money tight, decisions important, etc.)
• Space (find more innovative ways to utilize space)

• Space - lack of long-term space planning
• Staffing (not enough)
• Print management system
