Read the following Source Documents:

• UTA Libraries Strategic Plan, including Mission Statement
• UTA Libraries Primary Functions
• UTA Libraries Values Statement
• UTA Strategic Plan Draft (PDF)

In your group, discuss what you would expect of our Library if you knew nothing about it other than what you have read.

Address each of these points:

• What services would be offered?
• What spaces would there be?
• What expectations would students have?
• What expectations would the faculty have?
• What expectations would the local community have?
• Describe the staff.

Prepare a 5-10 minute presentation to share with the other groups on the first day at the Ranch.

Also, summarize your discussion under each point in a 1-2 page written document. This written summary document is due Wednesday, February 5 and should be sent to Karen (klhopkins@uta.edu).
