Here are a few more details for you as you plan for Garrett Creek:

PLEASE plan to arrive between 9:00 and 9:30 on Monday morning. Check-in is the Lobby of the main building. Your room may not be ready. Check-in for the rooms is not really available until 3:00 pm. You can leave your belongings in your car or bring them with you to check-in and they will store them for you until you claim your room key. YOU MUST CHECK-IN, even if your room is not available. This way they will know who is on-site and can contact you if there is an emergency call.

We will begin promptly at 9:30 am in the Conestoga Meeting Room. You can easily locate this room on your site map (890 KB PDF). There will be bagels and cream cheese available along with coffee when we arrive.

We begin departure on Tuesday afternoon at 3:30 pm. YOU MUST CHECK-OUT (turn in your key) BEFORE 11:00 am. The breakfast buffet will be between 7:00 and 8:00 am. We begin Tuesday morning promptly at 8:30 am. If you do not check-out before 8:30 you will need to spend your morning break doing it.

On Monday night we will have an optional "social gathering" at 6:00 before the dinner buffet at 6:30. After dinner, the Ranch has board games, cards, ping pong, a pool, hot tubs, and an exercise room. There are places to sit and extend your conversations from the day. If you are feeling overwhelmed there is a television in your room. I've heard rumors that the Westminster Dog Show will be on television that night. No matter what you do, be sure to call it an early evening so you can get up in time for breakfast at 7:00!
