Strategic Plan: 2000-2005

Libraries Mission and Vision

The UTA Libraries bring together knowledgeable staff, scholarly information, welcoming spaces, and leading-edge technology to promote learning and enable research. First and foremost we serve UTA students and faculty. We also serve as a valuable resource for University staff and for the community beyond the campus.

We will know we are succeeding when...

...the library is a center of academic life.

...our physical spaces promote research, reflection, collaboration.

...our virtual space offers resources and services anywhere, anytime.

...all resources and services are easy to use.

...all users are information fluent.

...our investment in staff, information resources, and technology promotes academic success and life-long learning.
