  BioOne Abstracts and Indexes  - This database is an indexed and fully-searchable collection of abstracts that link to the full-text articles available from the BioOne organization. BioOne provides a unique aggregation of nearly 70 high-impact bioscience research journals from more than 50 scholarly society and non-commercial publishers. The primary subject areas are biology, ecology and the environmental sciences.

          arXiv.org - One of the oldest open access e-print services, arXiv.org (formerly xxx.lanl.gov) is an openly accessible, moderated repository for scholary papers in physics,  
          mathematics, nonlinear sciences, computational linquistics, neuroscience, and quantitative biology.  While not traditionally peer reviewed, arXiv uses an automated  
           endorsement system:  current members of arXiv scientific communities endorse new submitters.
