IEEE offers free online training in the IEEE Xplore database:
Are you getting the most from your research? IEEE holds monthly "Searching with IEEE Xplore" online training events, offering tips on searching the IEEE online collection and maximizing the potential of the IEEE Xplore delivery platform. Session dates for February and March have just been announced. These free online events require a high-speed Internet connection and a voice line.
