Central Library, room 315A

ISI Web of Science®

Audience: faculty, researchers, graduate students

Are you interested in discovering who is citing your work or the work of others? Learn how to use the Web of Science (Science Citation Index Expanded®, Social Sciences Citation Index®, Arts & Humanities Citation Index®) to utilize your research time more efficiently. This seminar covers:

ingenta
1985-present. Incorporating the former UnCover document delivery and Reveal services, ingenta provides access to journal article citations, summaries, document delivery, and selected full-text of over 25,000 journal titles in all subject areas.  Search Medline as well as the combined ingenta/UnCover collections. Former UnCover users can log in and place orders using their previous UnCover profile ID and can continue to receive their UnCover Reveal Table of Contents alerts.  UTA students, faculty, and staff have access to selected full-text of journal articles. Charges for document delivery are subsidized for UTA faculty.  If you would like some refresher information or explanation of this database, please contact me.
Remember to contact me if you need library instruction sessions arranged for your classes, research teams, etc.

Class Syllabus
Students need help in their library research for class assignments. Where did I see the librarian's name that would help me, they ask? That's right, on my professor's ONLINE SYLLABUS!! Help us help your students understand the library resources, by including our name and contact information on your print or online class syllabus.
