 globe05.gif (269 bytes) Neatline, a publication of the Texas Map Society is printed twice a year and mailed to members.  This web page is prepared to provide information about Neatline and contributions that members may choose to make.

We now have the Neatline published Online!. However, If  you would like to receive a paper copy of the current issue, please contact Kit Goodwin at any of the addresses below. 

Members are encourage to contribute to the Neatline. One such way is by contributing a short description and image of one of your favorite maps. Nothing elaborate, just a paragraph or two at most on why it is a favorite of yours.  You will also need to include a black and white photo of the map for publication. A 3x5 or 4x7 will work fine.  Any map you are interested in is bound to be on interest to others. 


The current map, selected by TMS member David Buisseret, is a 1693 edition of  globe gores published by Vicenzo Maria Coronelli.
