This form is for UTA departments and organizations that would like to request usage of the glass walls in the foyer of the Central Library.
All requests must be submitted at least three business days before proposed usage dates. Walls must be completely cleaned upon completion of usage. You may only reserve walls for a maximum period of seven days. Walls can be reserved once a semester per department/organization.
The Library will provide:
- A stand to hold dry erase markers
- An eraser
- Cloth, ladder and other cleaning supplies
Departments and organizations need to provide:
- Dry erase markers
- Please do not use tape or as little as possible. If you do, use adhesive that’s easy to remove, such as Command strips or clear mounting tape specifically for glass.
