"White house aides"

Description: Political cartoon by Etta Hulme. This cartoon appeared in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. This cartoon has four quadrants. In the first quadrant there is a man standing, talking to a man sitting in a desk. The room is labeled, "White house aides." The standing man says, "There's a great photo opportunity in the meeting with Gromyko. I've worked out a scenario..." In the second quadrant he says, "The great communicator strolls through the rose garden with Mr.G... jollies him up... gets him to smile!" In the third quadrant he says, "That isn't easy but it can be done. Reagan simply shows him this general accounting office report..." In the fourth quadrant he says, "It says many of our missiles would be useless in combat." The other man says, "Super! No audio, of course - just video."
