The man says, "Our red China leaders are planning to break up government ownership of airlines and railways." In the second quadrant the man says, "We can now buy condos and consumer goods." The woman says, "That sounds capitalistic. We must beware of the capitalist running dogs!" In the third quadrant the man says, "Of course. But Deng Xiaoping says a cat of any color is good if it catches mice." In the fourth quadrant the man says, "It's a matter of learning to distinguish capitalist running dogs from capitalist running cats."
