The doctor says, "What's bothering you, Mr.Perot?" The man replies saying, "Clinton's health plan, doctor." In the second quadrant the man continues saying, "I want you to give me $1000.00 to come up with my own health plan, doctor." The doctor replies saying, "Me? Give you $1000.00?" In the third quadrant the doctor continues saying, "What do you take me for, Mr.Perot?" In the fourth quadrant the man replies saying, "$1000.00 if this works out, doctor."
