Political cartoon by Etta Hulme. This cartoon appeared in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. There are two prisoners in a cell. One prisoner is labeled, "9700485." He says, "If the prison reforms the public is demanding become a reality, some things will have to go - color TVs, fancy exercise equipment, country club lifestyles..." The other prisoner is labeled, "06759231." He says, "Wow! I'll bet those taxpayers are really going to miss all of that stuff."
