Description: Political cartoon by Etta Hulme. This cartoon appeared in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. This cartoon has four quadrants. In the first quadrant there is someone with a microphone trying to talk to a lieutenant general. The person with the microphone says, "Lt. general Cedras..." The lieutenant says, "Leave us alone! The business of Haiti is nobody else's business!" In the second quadrant the lieutenant continues saying, "Let Haiti be Haiti!" In the third quadrant the person with the microphone says, "How can you pronounce Jonassaint president of Haiti when Aristide was elected president of Haiti?" In the fourth quadrant the lieutenant says, "Let Émil Jonassaint be Jean-Bertrand Aristide!"
