Political cartoon by Etta Hulme. This cartoon appeared in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. This cartoon has four quadrants. In the first quadrant there is a woman sitting on stoop. She is holding a baby, and there is a small boy sitting next to her, and a small dog sitting on the other side of her. The woman says, "I'm tired of those unsubstantiated anecdotal stories about welfare queens..." In the second quadrant she says, "...Cruising up in big limousines to collect fat government checks." In the third quadrant she continues saying, "You show me somebody cruising up in a big limousine to collect fat government checks..." In the fourth quadrant she says, "...And I'll show you Ross Perot."
