"School vouchers"

Description: Political cartoon by Etta Hulme. This cartoon appeared in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. The image is divided into four panels. In each panel there is a man and younger man having a conversation. The young man has a jacket that has the initials "DC" written on it. In the first panel the older man says "Good news! The house passed a bill for school vouchers - you can go to a private school here in Washinton, D.C." In the second panel the same man says "You get a $3000 voucher." The young man says "Tuition's $8000." In the third panel the young man says "That leaves me $5000 short." In the fourth panel the older man says "I thought you were deficient in math." The young man replies "Deficient maybe - not brain dead."
