The woman says, "So what's the difference between communism and capitalism?" In the second quadrant the woman says, "Under communism, we had potatoes, but they were rotten potatoes." In the third quadrant the woman says, "Under capitalism, if we'd had any potatoes, they'd have been excellent potatoes." In the fourth quadrant the man says, "It's not about us. It's a potato thing."
