The image depicts two poor "children of migrant workers" staring at another children enjoying a party,on one side of a fence. The door of the fence that gives access to the party is labeled " The good life USA". On the party side of the fence there are children running around, eating ice cream, cake ,opening gifts, playing with balloons. The balloons are labeled " Adequate nutrition", "Good schools", "Decent clothing"," Decent housing", "Medical care". One of the immigrant children says "I guess you have to to have an address to get an invitation"
