On the party side of the fence there are children running around, eating ice cream, cake ,opening gifts, playing with balloons. The balloons are labeled " Adequate nutrition", "Good schools", "Decent clothing"," Decent housing", "Medical care". One of the immigrant children says "I guess you have to to have an address to get an invitation"
