"Opportunity society"

Description: Pencil sketch by Etta Hulme. There are four quadrants. There is a woman sitting behind a counter, talking to a man standing in front of her. There are books on the counter, and behind the woman reads, "Library." In the first quadrant the man says, "I plan to be an informed voter, I'd like to learn more about [illegible] Reagan's competition." In the second quadrant the man says, "Of an opportunity society where everybody can be..." In the third quadrant the man says, "Where everybody can be... Happy, healthy and whole, let's see, what's the title of that book?" In the fourth quadrant the woman says, "Would you believe 'Where's the rest of me?'"
