"Newt's Circus"

Description:

Pencil sketch by Etta Hulme. There is an elephant standing ontop of a tall ledge. The ledge is labeled, "Tax cut." There is a ledge across from him labeled, "Balanced budget." There is a rope attached to this ledge, but broke from the other ledge. This rope is on the floor, it is shaped to say, "Medicare." A man standing on the floor says, "Well, that's the whole point - Anybody could probably do it using the tightrope." A poster on the wall reads, "Newt's circus."
