FabApp Privacy
UTA FabLab does not retain phone or email information for its Wait Queue after a patron's number has been called up.
Phone and email data volunteered for automatic notifications in our Wait Queue is irreparably destroyed immediately upon claiming one's spot on the machine, or on removal from the wait queue.
Program Description
By opting into the FabLab Wait Queue notifications service, you agree to receive recurring text messages (SMS and MMS) from UTA Libraries related to usage availability of one or more machines at the FabLab.
Message Frequency
Message frequency will vary according to how many Wait Queue tickets you sign up for in a day. You may receive up to 10 messages per day per Wait Queue ticket, signing up for more tickets means expecting to receive more messages.
Cost and Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Check your mobile phone plan and contact your wireless carrier for details about your specific pricing plan.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers (such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Users must have a wireless device capable of two-way messaging and a participating wireless carrier.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. All information obtained through the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing or other purposes.
