Printing and Scanning
How to Print from Library Computers
- Print your document as you normally would. A window will pop up showing the total cost, allowing you to cancel or proceed. (Tip: Choose duplex/two-sided to save paper and money).
- Name your job in the pop-up window by entering an Owner name and Job name. This helps you easily identify your document at the printer and keeps it separate from other students' work.
- Go to a Print Release Workstation, enter your NetID, and swipe your Mav Express Card.
- Select your print job from the list using the Owner and Job names you created earlier.
- Grab your pages, keeping in mind that the first page will be a standard cover sheet showing your job details, cost, and remaining card balance.
