Printing and Scanning

How to Print from Library Computers

  1. Print your document as you normally would. A window will pop up showing the total cost, allowing you to cancel or proceed. (Tip: Choose duplex/two-sided to save paper and money).
  2. Name your job in the pop-up window by entering an Owner name and Job name. This helps you easily identify your document at the printer and keeps it separate from other students' work.
  3. Go to a Print Release Workstation, enter your NetID, and swipe your Mav Express Card.
  4. Select your print job from the list using the Owner and Job names you created earlier.
  5. Grab your pages, keeping in mind that the first page will be a standard cover sheet showing your job details, cost, and remaining card balance.
