The cartoon depicts a father coming home to a family dinner of what it looks like a low income family. The man coming through the door has "USSR" on his coat and on his hat is a hammer and sickle (symbol of communism). On the sickle it reads, "Egyptian-Soviet Treaty." The mother and little girl and pet cat are seated around the dinning table.
