On one side of the elephant the seal of the US can be seen and the tent in which Ford is sitting reads, "Incumbency." On the tree behind him there is a man hanging upside down with a riffle in his left hand. His foot is caught in a rope which is attached to the elephant. In the tree in front of the elephant depicts Jimmy Carter as a mishievous boy hidding with a bag of peanuts and is secretly feeding the elephant.
