The hot air ballon to the left says, "Reagan" and Reagan can be seen inside the basket dropping bags of "Ideology" out. The hot air ballon to the right reads, "Ford" and Ford can be seen inside the basket he is also dropping bags of "Ideology." They both look concerned as who will rise up faster.
