Political cartoon by Etta Hulme. This cartoon appeared in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. The cartoon depicts an employee on the phone in his company vehicle "Red Adair Oilwell Control Co." looking on at an old fisherman that has a new business enterpise in his shack with a big banner that reads "Beat the shortage, Harvest your own Crude Oil; Rent a bucket & dipper, 50 cents per hour." There are many customers seen with the bucket and shovel going to the sea and oil spill.
