This cartoon depicts two hunters riding an elephant, they've hunted two antelope on the back of the elephant and they read "Ethiopia" and "Angola." Both men are carrying rifles. The elephant is wearing a cover on its head and it reads, "African Big Game Hunt" in the middle the communism symbol. Jimmy Carter is running towards them carrying a Bible and a hut in the backround has a sign that reads "Missionary."
