Political cartoon by Etta Hulme. This cartoon appeared in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. This cartoon depicts four quadrants in which two men are having a conversation. First quadrant, "Speaking of welfare cheats, there's this lady in LA who claimed to have forty-seven children. The other man says, "Wow." The second quadrant says, " Yep, now they got her for fraud and perjury," and the other man replies, "That's terrible." Third quadrant, "Its a sad story" "I'll say..." and finally, "If she'd gone straight she probably could have been mother of the year."
