The woman says, "what's this?" The man says, "computer game where you try to hold down the federal budget. I can do this--cut out social security, Medicare, Medicaid, all that welfare stuff...defense spending, farm subsidies, space program, highway system, art and education grants..." The woman says, "what's left?" The man replies, "congressional retirement benefits and interest on the national debt."
