Political cartoon by Etta Hulme. This cartoon appeared in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. There are three boys in costumes. One boy is dressed as a lion, and holding a bag labeled, "James Schlesinger." He is saying, "Trick." Another boy is dressed as a rabbit. His bag is labeled, "Henry Kissinger." This boy says, "Treat!" There is a boy in between them, dressed as a mouse. This boy's bag is labeled, "Jerry ford." Behind him is a house labeled, "Salt II."
