Description: Political cartoon by Etta Hulme. This cartoon appeared in the Fort Worth Star Telegram, Thursday. The cartoon depicts a farmer reading correspondence from Jerry Ford. The letter dates August 1976, and it is addressed to Mr. Doaks and it reads, " Today could be the day you staked your claim to the vice presidency of the USA. You may already have won the nomination to this prestigeious office. Mr. Doaks, your personal lucky number is : 528-43599-0247!!
