Political cartoon by Etta Hulme. This cartoon appeared in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. This cartoon has two sections. In the first section there is a man labeled, "Congress," lying on a chaise longue. The therapist in the room says, "You keep spending billions of dollars for ships and planes which the armed services have not requested and do not want... You refuse to close military bases that are no longer useful... These are classic symptoms..." In the second section he says, "You are suffering from a military-industrial complex."
