Meet Leeza Dominguez, New Serials Library Specialist
I would like to introduce Leeza Dominguez, new Serials Library Specialist for the University of Texas at Arlington Libraries! She previously worked for UTA Libraries for three years as a student assistant in Stacks Management.
Alexandra Pirkle (AP): As a way of introducing yourself in this current environment, what piece of media (book/movie/TV show/album/etc.) would you say best represents yourself? Why?
Leeza Dominguez (LD): I would say BTS’s album Love Yourself: Answer best represents me. Their themes of self-love and appreciation resonates with me.
AP: What three words best describe your personal aesthetic (e.g. cozy, eclectic, whimsical, vintage, etc.)?
LD: Cozy, quiet, and organized.
AP: What makes you most excited to work for UTA Libraries?
LD: I’m excited to part of a work environment that values communication and promotes teamwork.
AP: What is something about you that others would be surprised to know?
LD: I have been playing the flute for about ten years and was a part if the Texas State Bobcat Marching Band for two years before transferring to UTA.
