Honoree's Remarks

I had the great privilege of taking a course with Prof. Dimitri Bertsekas, when I was a grad student at MIT. It was the hardest course I have ever taken, but the most rewarding as well. This book by Prof. Bertsekas very nicely bridges the topics of Reinforcement Learning and Optimal Control in a way that is accessible to students and researchers from both disciplines.
