Honoree's Remarks
I conducted my doctoral research under the guidance of Dr. Nemhauser, and I have spent more time studying and teaching content from Integer and Combinatorial Optimization than any other book I have read. It is an unabridged reference for integer optimization, which has inspired my career and helped me on my path to promotion to professor.
