I got the book as a gift from one of my colleagues, Dr. Tibbals, who is also one of the editors when it was just published. This book is well-written and covers a lot of information associated with the field of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, including history and fabrication methods to characterization techniques and applications of nanoscience and nanotechnology. This book is also good for non-bioengineering major readers. In addition, it discusses several nanotechnology applications ranging from medical to environmental nanotechnology. Dr. Tibbals is now a faculty in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Texas at Arlington. Thus I am proud to have his book presented in our school library on my special day.
