Honoree's Remarks
This is the book that opened my eyes to the field of evolutionary genomics when I was a PhD student. Throughout the years that I have been working in this field, this book is always where I seek help first when I come across a new problem. It is a beautiful presentation of evolutionary theory, empirical data, and highly intriguing ideas! I believe this book will remain a classic reference for evolutionary genomics for many years to come!
