Honoree's Remarks
This is a well written and fascinating book that describes the emerging fusion of Neurobiology and Engineering, which will one day enable the design of devices implanted in the brain to suppress Parkinson's tremors and epileptic seizures in real time and even enable communication between human minds by thought alone.
