William "Bill" L. Hughes, Jr.

In memory of Judge William Hughes Jr. (1931-2015), Judge Hughes was an alumnus of Arlington State College, now UT Arlington. Judge Hughes and his wife, Barbara, established the William and Martha Hughes Award for the study of Biology in honor of his parents, long time educators with deep ties to UT Arlington.
