The Experiential Learning and Undergraduate Success (ELUS) department hosts regular pop-up events throughout the semester that gives students the opportunity to explore various topics.

Maverick Kitchen

The Maverick Kitchen is a series of cooking workshops designed to provide students with an engaging learning experience around food. Students are given the opportunity to explore the cultural significance of different dishes and learn basic food and kitchen safety skills while cooking a delicious meal.
